When I said that I would be reviewing the spa quality for TheSpaReview, they said "That's nice." This spa experience was shared with one guest reviewer. We didn't perceive to receive any special attention.

It is in a really unfortunate location. The spa guest has to pass through a gym with sweaty people and exercise machine ruckus to get to and from the changing room. Then, being on a lower floor over the parking garage door, there is considerable traffic noise. It's sad...

In my opinion, this spa rates 3 Crowns.
